Most cleaning schedules are paper you lose by week two. This one tracks the things you only do a few times a year.
What's inside
WEEKLY PLAN20 everyday tasks across 6 areas, Monday to Sunday. Tick the day you do it; the bottom row shows how many tasks land on each day so nothing stacks onto Saturday.
DEEP CLEAN TRACKER14 bigger jobs (range hood, windows, mattress, AC filters). Type the date you last did it and Next Due, Days Left and Status calculate themselves.
AUTOMATIC WARNINGSRed when a job is overdue, yellow when it falls due in the next seven days.
PROGRESS PAGEOverdue count, due-this-week count, and a bar per weekday so you can see which day is overloaded.
Who it's for
Anyone running a household who wants a rhythm for the weekly stuff and a memory for the rest.
How it works
- Tick your weekly tasks once - that's the rhythm.
- Log the date of each deep clean job.
- Open Progress weekly; only look at what is red or yellow.
What you get
- 1 Excel file (.xlsx) – Excel 2010+, WPS and Google Sheets
- 4 tabs: Start Here, Weekly Plan, Deep Clean, Progress
- Single-user license – instant download
