Terms of service
The short version: you buy a license to use the file, not the file itself.
By purchasing or downloading a file from SheetHarbor you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
A single-user licence to use the spreadsheet file for your own personal or internal business purposes. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying the right to resell it.
2. What you may do
- use the file on your own devices
- edit it, rename tabs, add rows, change categories, adapt it to your business
- use it for clients' bookkeeping if you are a bookkeeper or accountant working on their books
- print pages for your own use
3. What you may not do
- resell, sublicense, share, gift or redistribute the file, in original or modified form
- upload it to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, template libraries, forums or AI training sets
- publish it as your own template, freebie, lead magnet or course material
- remove or alter the copyright notice
4. Delivery
Files are delivered as instant downloads after payment. Download links are also emailed to the address used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
5. Software compatibility
Files are built for Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer, WPS Office and Google Sheets. We cannot guarantee behaviour in other spreadsheet applications, and we cannot support versions older than Excel 2010.
6. No professional advice
These templates help you organise your numbers. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and results depend entirely on the figures you enter. For tax filings and financial decisions, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
Files are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetHarbor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from incorrect data entry, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Changes
We may update a product to fix errors or improve it. Updates are free to existing customers - email us and we will send the current version. These terms may be updated on this page; the version in force is the one published when you purchased.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of business, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
