Digital downloads, and what we will and will not refund.

Digital products - please read before buying

All products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because the file cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.

We will refund or replace if:

• the file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot fix it for you
• you were charged twice for the same order
• you bought the wrong product and contact us within 14 days, before downloading the file

We cannot refund if:

• you simply changed your mind after downloading
• your spreadsheet software is older than Microsoft Excel 2010, or is an unsupported app
• you expected features the product page does not list

EU and UK customers

By completing checkout and choosing instant download, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty.

How to request

Email hello@sheetharbor.com with your order email address and a short description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours and resolve replacement or refund within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a payment dispute - almost every issue is a download link or an old Excel version, and both are fixable in one reply.
